I'm Matthew Garrett, Winner of The Magic Circle Close-Up Magician of the Year and a member of the Inner Magic Circle with Gold Star. I've performed at Moxhull Hall and know the venue first-hand, so I'm not arriving on your wedding day trying to work out where everything happens.

During the drinks reception, I can move naturally between groups while you're having photographs taken. Guests who may have only just met suddenly have something to laugh and talk about together.
Later, magic can continue around the tables during the wedding breakfast or become part of the transition into the evening. The entertainment adapts to the wedding, rather than the wedding adapting to me.

Drinks Reception
While photographs are taking place, I mingle amongst your guests, break the ice and make sure nobody is simply standing around waiting for the next part of the day.
Wedding Breakfast
Table magic can be performed naturally between courses. Each table gets its own experience while I work around the meal and venue service.
After-Dinner Show
If you'd like everyone enjoying something together, I can provide an after-dinner show before the evening celebrations begin.
Evening Guests
Close-up magic is a great way to welcome evening guests and bring the daytime and evening groups together before the first dance.

My wedding hosting service is designed to take many of the little jobs and pressures away from you, so that you're not spending your wedding day wondering what is supposed to happen next.
With full-day hosting, I arrive before the ceremony, check the venue and timings, help welcome your guests and make sure the day is ready to begin smoothly.
That can include helping guests with coats, making sure wedding cards find their way safely to the card box, helping arrange guests for photographs and ensuring the ceremony seating fills naturally and looks good.
As the day progresses I make the announcements, introduce you into the wedding breakfast, help coordinate the speeches, cake cutting and first dance, and work with the other suppliers so the important moments happen naturally rather than feeling forced.
